We're here — 24/7, on WhatsApp

What happens after you send an enquiry

Your message reaches our Karachi office directly. We answer during business hours, usually within the same working day, and almost always on WhatsApp because it is faster than email for the questions people actually ask.

To get a useful answer in one reply rather than four, tell us three things: which journey you are asking about, roughly when you want to travel, and how many people are going, including children and their ages. If you already have a group in mind from our packages page, name it.

Before you book

Have your passports to hand. Every departure has a passport deadline printed on it, and a passport must normally stay valid for at least six months beyond the date of travel. That single detail causes more refused visas than anything else, so it is worth checking before you pay a deposit rather than after.

Visas, flights and hotels

We handle the visa file for Iraq, Iran, Syria and Saudi Arabia ourselves. You do not visit an embassy. Flights, hotels within walking distance of the shrines, ground transport and meals are arranged as one booking, and the figure we quote is the figure you pay, with airport taxes and anything arising from delays set out separately.

Where we are

Karwan-e-Habib has been arranging Ziyarat and Umrah journeys from Karachi for over 35 years. If you would rather speak to somebody than type, call the office on the numbers above, or walk in and ask for the group leader handling the departure you are interested in.
